Natafill Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Natafill, a Nataform service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Natafill enables users to upload PDF documents, detect and edit form fields, and generate fillable PDFs. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may evolve as features are added, modified, or removed.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm Nataform or other users.

You are responsible for documents and information you upload and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to process them.

You retain ownership of content and data you upload or create through the service. Nataform does not claim ownership over it. You grant Nataform a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Notice, which explains how personal data is handled.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Keep your original document and review generated output before relying on it.

Intellectual property rights in the service, including software, design, branding, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Nataform. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nataform makes no warranties regarding the service and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from its use or unavailability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
